The standard UL and CSA approved 2511 series 3/4" thermostats are capable of switching high current applications over precise temperature ranges. Custom temperature ranges are easily made and test units can be provided during the design stage to fine tune the temperature settings Sealed and gold versions are also available for unique applications. Carrying up to 25 Amps for over 100,000 cycles provides a large range of usage options. (0 to 350ºF/-18 TO 176ºC)

Exposed Disc Caps

Exposed disc caps are available to provide a quicker response to temperature changes. Special black discs can be used to further improve the response to radiative heating in exposed units.

Gold Contacts

For low current and voltage applications gold contacts are available. These provide lower contact resistance and provide better performance for electronic duty loads.

One Shot

One shot thermostats can be set to trigger at a desired temperature and act as a high limit switch that won't automatically reset. These units are designed for up to 40 Amps (with a resistive load).

Standard Flange Mounted

Flange vs. Flush mounting allow for surface or air temperature measurement. Various options allow for convenient mounting and orientation.
